With over six years of dedicated experience, I have built a distinguished career in human resources, strategic policy development, employee engagement, employment law, change leadership, and many HCM/HRIS software programs including Workday, Paylocity, ADP, etc.
My journey began with a strong educational foundation, earning a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and a Master’s of Human Resources from Utah State University, and am currently studying to achieve a Master’s in Business Administration.
In 2022, I served as a Human Resources Representative, where I identified and implemented a missing system to track nonmonetary rewards, ensuring compliance with tax laws and payroll regulations. I created and implemented multiple international employee engagement programs, processed substantial data to build ROI reports, and developed metrics to assess initiative effectiveness. As a Culture Change Leader, I collaborated directly with the CHRO and VP of People and Culture to enhance employee engagement and improve company culture.
As Head of Human Resources, I identified and corrected multiple business needs related to benefits and compliance, administered workers' compensation and benefits, and provided overall leadership to the HR function. I was instrumental in creating new onboarding practices that significantly reduced time waste and new hire turnover, developed comprehensive policies, procedures, and ensured compliance with employment laws across multiple states.
Currently, as a Senior Human Resource Generalist, I continue to leverage my extensive HR expertise, contributing to the company's growth and operational excellence. I am passionate about creating processes that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall company culture.
In addition to my professional accomplishments, I have received multiple awards, including the National Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Student presented by AIMHO and two regional awards for initiatives at Utah State University. I was endorsed by the former President of Utah State University for admission into the USU MHR Program.
