With over 23 years of distinguished law enforcement experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to businesses seeking to enhance security and operational efficiency. As a retired Police Officer, I served as the City's Business Watch Officer, educating business owners on safety protocols and consulting on creating secure workplace environments. Certified as a Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) advisor for over 12 years, I specialize in identifying security blind spots and implementing robust protocols to create safer environments.

Entrepreneurially, I owned and managed Fats Grill for 18 years, overseeing daily operations, supply chains, and vendor relationships. This hands-on experience provided invaluable insights into leadership, operations management, and customer service excellence.

In addition to my business ventures, I am deeply committed to community service. Through my law enforcement career, I developed a chapter of the Police Athletic League (P.A.L.), a national program aimed at reducing crime through after-school programs for youth. This initiative was recognized by the FBI in 2016 where I was awarded the National FBI Community Service Award for its success in supporting the community and reducing crime rates. Furthermore, I served as the Regional Director for the National Police Athletic League (P.A.L.), overseeing programs that positively impacted countless young lives, where I still maintain in contact with many of the youth I have helped in my career. 

As President and Co-Founder of the Lionheart Gift Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, I continue my service where I passionately raise funds to support first responders, reflecting my dedication to community service.
